The Neonatology Department at Burjeel Medical City (BMC) is fully established, equipped, and staffed to provide intensive care support for critically ill newborns after delivery and outpatient care for well-baby follow-ups and immunoprophylaxis. We offer world-class clinical expertise across a wide range of specialties, with multidisciplinary teams of American and European Board-certified neonatology consultants, specialists, and nurses working together to provide comprehensive diagnosis and high-quality family-centered care, including antenatal counseling, lactation support, and parent and family education. With access to subspecialty pediatric medical and surgical services, our department provides level III neonatal care at a sub-regional level, and a level IV service is being built quickly.
