Biography
Noor Farouk Abu Dheir is a Clinical Dietician with the HAAD and DHA licenses and the higher degree qualification of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah, UAE. Before joining for her professional B.Sc. qualification, Mrs. Noor Farouk Abu Dheir completed an internship with Rashid Hospital and Trauma Centre, where she helped the department organize a nutrition workshop at the University. Subsequently, after completing her professional studies, she underwent a post-graduate internship as a qualifying requirement for the DHA examination. After gaining the above-mentioned clinical experience, Mrs. Noor Farouk Abu Dheir then worked with Elyzee Day Surgery Medical Centre and VLCC International for practical exposure to clinical dietetics and later joined Burjeel Medical City as a Clinical Dietician in June 2020. At BMC, she worked for Long Term Care and Rehabilitation inpatients from July 2020 to December 2020. Later, she was engaged in the duties of the departments of CCU, MICU, clinical oncology, and Surgery for inpatients. She is also involved in outpatient clinic duties.
