Dr. Mohamed Mostafa is a Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Burjeel Hospital. He completed his MBBCh in 1981 and then obtained Masters’s in Emergency Medicine in 1988 in Egypt. He also received a Diploma in Hospital Management from Arizona International Business Management School in 2020. Dr. Mostafa had worked with well-reputed institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, and Egypt before moving to UAE in 2003, where he practiced as an Emergency Medicine Specialist and Deputy Head of Emergency Medicine. He is also a Certified Instructor for AHLS (Advanced HAZMAT Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), and European Pediatric Life Support. With over 30 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Mostafa’s areas of expertise include major trauma management, cardiac emergencies, including resuscitation of cardiac arrest & acute coronary syndromes, medical & surgical emergencies, and disaster and mass casualty management.
