Biography

Ms. Krejielyn Soledad A. Asistin earned a degree from St. Jude College in Manila, the Philippines, in 1998. She worked as an Ortho/MSK Physiotherapist in a Philippine provincial tertiary hospital until 2009, when she performed fracture casting and post-operative rehabilitation. Until 2014, she served as Division Chief and Pediatric Physiotherapist at a city-run OPD facility for children with disabilities. She treated neuro cases (CP, developmental delay, spina bifida, physical disabilities, handicapped, etc.). She worked at Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Humanitarian City, the largest rehabilitation facility in Saudi Arabia with 500 beds. She handled homecare patients, royal families/VIPs for home visits, and Security Forces Hospital patients (neuro-ventilated and non-ventilated adult and pediatric patients) as an MSK Physiotherapist assigned to the Patient Affairs Department until 2018. She worked as an MSK Physiotherapist for Seven Star Home Care until 2019. As an MSK and Neuro Physiotherapist at Amana Healthcare, she worked with patients who required long-term ventilation until 2020. She worked as a Pediatric Physiotherapist for Happy Life Home Health Care, primarily with patients with Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy (CP), and the elderly, until 2021.
