Dr. Ammar Elkariem earned his MBBS in 2006 from the University of Gezira, Sudan. His first medical experience in nephrology occurred in 2010 at Sudan’s Gezira Hospital for Renal Diseases and Surgery. The same year, he received his Diploma in Community Medicine from the University of Gezira, Sudan. He began working for the Kidney Center at ARAR Central Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a year later. In 2013, he relocated to the United Arab Emirates. He continued his medical practice at a large government hospital in Abu Dhabi, where he was responsible for guest management in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units.
